Position:         Office Manager

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our client’s team in their central offices based in Parnell, Auckland.

A special someone who can work independently with little supervision, who loves fashion, people and is very caring. You might be semi retired or just looking for a really nice role where your added support will be great appreciated by the busy team.

This is a multi-faceted role that requires a candidate with excellent organisational skills, solid attention to detail & a nurturing nature.

No two days are ever the same and you need to be able to quickly and easily jump from one task to the other depending on what needs to be prioritised and work efficiently to meet deadlines. You need excellent written and verbal communication skills – fluent English is essential.

You will be the “go to” person to look after a busy Designer workroom who make the most beautiful clothing.

Anticipating what needs to be done to keep the wheels churning…..looking after office supplies, ordering that birthday cake, organising that function,  ringing that service provider, making sure the coffee machine is running and the coffee is  full, the lunch room is organised and the flowers are fresh.

I think I need you too!!!

Hours are 6:30am until 2.30pm, Monday to Friday. These times are not set in concrete and  could be  flexible in this area.
